I build people actually want to use.

Product-minded builder with a business degree and a technical backbone. I like the messy part, figuring out the real problem, and the craft of shipping the solution.

About Me

What I've built, why I care about product, and how I got here

Tomas Arizu

Hi, I'm Tomas Arizu

I studied Digital Business at Universidad de San Andrés, but I learned the most by building. I've shipped MVPs, validated ideas with real users before writing a line of code, and today I keep a multi-platform product healthy as QA Automation Engineer at Luno. That role lets me see products from the inside: what breaks, where users get stuck, and what actually matters to ship.

What pulls me in is the full loop of product: talking to users, finding the real problem, deciding what's worth building, and sweating the details until it feels right. I'm comfortable on both sides: I can talk strategy with stakeholders and read the codebase with the devs.

Co-founded OneBite, a premium dining club, and validated it with 60+ real users before building.

How I Think About Product

A few things I keep coming back to when building product

Start with the problem, not the feature.

I'd rather validate demand with 60 surveys than build something nobody asked for. Every product I've worked on started with "what's the actual problem here?"

The user is the whole point.

My QA work trained me to obsess over the real experience: where people get confused, where the flow breaks, what makes something feel effortless.

Ship, then learn.

Prototypes over decks. I like getting something real in front of people fast and improving from there.

Remote
  • Ensure product quality across three platforms: Creator Hub (content creators), Adapt (a ChatGPT-style assistant), and Adium Pro (pharmaceutical).
  • Act as the bridge between developers, design, and the client: detecting, documenting, and prioritizing issues, and translating needs into what to fix first.
  • Built the test automation from scratch (Playwright + Maestro), with cross-platform coverage.
  • Contributed feedback on product and UX decisions alongside the Head of Product.

What I've built

Lendit: Credit-Fund Manager for SMBs

Lendit: Credit-Fund Manager for SMBs

Small and medium businesses in Argentina struggle to access working capital through traditional credit channels. Designed the end-to-end web prototype and led the demo-day pitch for a credit-fund manager built for SMBs, as my undergraduate thesis project.

Outcome:A working prototype and pitch that carried the project through demo day.

OneBite: Premium Dining Club (Co-Founded)

OneBite: Premium Dining Club (Co-Founded)

People looking for high-end, multisensory dining experiences had no dedicated way to discover or access them. Identified the opportunity and validated demand with 60+ surveys of potential members before writing a line of code, then designed the membership structure, benefits, and landing experience.

Outcome:Strong survey demand validated the concept; we chose not to take the club further.

RealSync: Real Estate Ops & AI Assistant

RealSync: Real Estate Ops & AI Assistant

Real estate agencies had no clear view of their own operations, and agents lost momentum when they couldn't respond to leads immediately. Designed and built RealSync: operational dashboards giving the team a real-time view of performance, plus a conversational AI assistant that qualifies leads and answers real estate questions instantly.

Outcome:Cut reporting time by ~30%, improved team efficiency by ~15%, and gave the agency an always-on assistant for its lead flow.

Right Now

I graduated with a degree in Digital Business from UdeSA, and now work as a QA Automation Engineer — deep inside the product every day, always learning, and always looking at things from the user's side. I'm looking for a product role — PM, Product Analyst, or Product Owner — where I can own outcomes. If you're building something interesting, I'd love to talk.
